Passages
serves as a focal point and connector for families in crisis. In that capacity,
we link youth and adults to a myriad of services. Through our strong
relationships with collaborative partners, we provide and receive referrals,
many of which are related to economic survival. Grand Boulevard Federation,
ChildServ, Lutheran Social Services, TASC, Chicago Youth Centers, Hull House Association, Ada S. McKinley, Beatrice Caffrey
Foster Care Program, Center for Working Families, Catholic Charities, the
Circuit Court of Cook County at various locations, the Chicago Park District,
The Chicago Public Library and the Chicago Public Schools. Passages is also a member of the South Side
Empowerment Zone (SSEZ), and the Bronzeville Chamber of Commerce.
Through the
affiliations of Passages Board of Directors , Passages
